- If you request special design beside of our common design, we can develop it as we have been experience for furniture export to USA & Europe, with various of common and special design under the specs, drawings & dimensions (depend on customer request & order).
- We will protect your design under commitment with guarantee letter when requested |
| Prices and Pricing |
- Prices are in Euro (other currencies such as USD, etc available on request)
- All prices F.O.B. Tanjung Emas Port, Semarang, INDONESIA.
- Prices are valid for one year period starting on November, 2007
- Price can be adjusted at any time subject to sudden major fluctuations of exchange rate.
- Price can be adjusted at any time is a sudden major price increase of raw materials. |
| Payment |
- 50% downpayment within 7 days after Proforma Invoices has been signed. Balance payment against documents, within 3 days after B/L date, if otherwise we reserve the right to decline the contract and claim the downpayment, in order to cover the transport and re-import charges of the containers.
- Irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight, available at any bank in Indonesia by negotiation. The L/C must be opened within 7 days after proforma invoices has been signed. The L/C must be opened no later then 60 days before shipment |
| Order Confirmation |
Orders are confirmed only after receive of the downpayment, or opening the L/C, within the required time frame and according to the instruction mentioned in the proforma invoice. Otherwise, we reserve the right to adjust prices and delivery date or decline the contract. |

Production time starts, once orders are considered confirmed ( see above )

| Shipment and Stuffing |
- Nomination of the shipping line by customer can be rejected depending on reliability or in case that there are no empty containers are available.
- In case there is no nomination we will propose to work with a sealine with a competitive rate.
- Shipment is possible by 20”ft, 40 “ft, 40”ft high cube containers.
- To minimize damage and transport cost, we advise to order only full container loads.
- We use anti humidity bags (super dry) to minimize condensation problems. And will be fumigated based on customer required. |
