A Little bit about us ...
Over 11 years of our experience designing and manufacturing Outdoor and Indoor furniture. Our entire line is produced using the finest quality matched machinery & handmade from solidwood. This attention to detail ensures that each piece is as perfect as the designer intended and as unique as nature created. The tongue-and-groove, spline reinforced and dowelled construction is the mark of pride in craftsmanship that goes into each product. All drawers use bottom mount steel runners unless otherwise indicated. All doors use concealed and piano hinge mechanisms.
To meet people's requirement on indoor & outdoor finest furnishing, TONSE'A INDOWOOD was found in 1997. As years passed, we keep on moving our steps through improving our quality of products with competitive price. We also welcome contract work for large construction projects (libraries, hotels, universities, etc.)
In order to fill in the new market segment, we have built a new plant which has more than 1,500 square meters. Together with an energetic management team, a creative R&D team, a scrupulous QC team and professional experienced workers, TONSE'A is offering products with stylish design and refined handcraft all over the world. TEAK wood…
All our teak garden & indoor furniture sourced from managed and sustainable plantations. For years, Indonesian Teak has been the number one choice of material for the production of high quality, fine furniture. This is because teak is packed full of its own natural oils which combined with its uniquely tight grain, make it exceptionally durable to the elements. It can withstand extremes in weather conditions without the need for any treatment and teak garden furniture especially, can be placed outside immediately upon receipt.
Garden Teak…
Garden furniture can really make a garden or it can really ruin it, which is why we at AHS Direct select our entire range of furniture for the garden and patio, with great care to make sure our furniture does make your garden. We will only list high quality products which represent good value for money. We look at design and style to offer you garden furniture that whilst looking modern, remains timeless and dateless, giving you years of use and pleasure. In keeping with our environmental policy, we only source wooden garden furniture from sustainable, managed plantations. Over time, it will simply weather to a classic grey which many people really love. If however, you would prefer to slow this weathering p rocess, you can treat the teak with high quality teak oil. Do bear in mind that this is purely a cosmetic process and inevitably the teak will weather over time. You can also purchase teak cleaning products which are useful in the general care and maintenance of your teak garden furniture. A light sanding with a fine grade paper is also useful for removing any roughening of the wood’s surface. We do recommend you cover your garden furniture during the winter or store it away for maximum protection. As with teak, hardwood garden furniture will weather over time and become silvery grey. This is perfectly natural, as the wood ages.
